14 days, hygiene seal intact.
You can return unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. The hygiene seal must be intact and the item must be in its original condition.
How to start a return
Use the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
