Step 1: measure
Measure your height and the fullest part of the thigh, then check the size chart for that range. If you are tall, look for a tall range; if you are between sizes, take the larger. Step 2: choose the band

Step 3: roll on

Keep the band area dry and free of lotion or oil, which can make it slide. If you use a garter, attach the clips after the stocking is in place.

Step 4: adjust

Step 5: remove and store
