How do I choose a push-up bra?
Push-up is a shape, not a size. The cup should sit flat before it lifts.
Measure first, then choose the shape. Between sizes, take the larger.
Match the piece to the outfit, the light and how long you will wear it.

A push-up bra adds shape under fitted clothes, but it will not fix a band that is too loose. Lace Index lists push-up and padded styles in the bra room; start with the band, then choose the level of padding.

Start with the shape
A moulded push-up cup can gap if the cup is too tall for a shallow bust. A lower cup edge or a softer pad may sit closer. For a full bust, a push-up can feel restrictive; check the coverage.

Fit and feel
If the centre front floats, the cup is too large; if the cup spills, it is too small. The band should stay level, not ride up at the back.
