Do I pay customs or import tax on lingerie?
Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. Any customs charge is the responsibility of the buyer.

Lace Index charges in USD and does not include import duties or local taxes in the product price. If your country charges customs or VAT on imported goods, the carrier or customs office will collect it separately.

We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare the value. The parcel is declared as intimate apparel at the price paid. If you refuse a parcel because of customs charges, the return and refund process applies once it arrives back.

Orders ship tracked. If customs holds the parcel, use the tracking link and respond to the carrier’s request; we cannot release a parcel from customs on your behalf.
