Can I return lingerie?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days if the hygiene seal is intact. Try them on before removing anything.
Measure first, then choose the shape. Between sizes, take the larger.
Match the piece to the outfit, the light and how long you will wear it.

At Lace Index, lingerie returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery when the piece is unworn and the hygiene seal is intact. The seal protects the gusset on knickers, bodysuits and selected costumes; once it is removed, the piece cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Start with the occasion
Start a return through the contact page with your order number and the item. We confirm the return address and any costs before you send the parcel. Direct exchanges are not processed; return for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

Fit and feel
Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If the piece is damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

Before you order
Keep the packaging and the hygiene seal until you are sure. If you are between sizes, order the larger or ask us for a measurement check before wearing.
