Every Lace Index order ships in a plain, unbranded mailer. There is no product name, logo or category on the outside, and the billing descriptor is discreet. Tracking is provided once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Orders dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 working days and is tracked. If you are ordering for a specific date, leave enough time for customs and local delivery.
