The torso
Check the shoulder-to-crotch measurement if it is listed, or compare the model height with yours. A bodysuit that pulls at the shoulder or rides up at the base is too short in the torso. Size up or choose a style with more stretch. A thong back gives more room than a full brief, but it does not fix a short torso.

The legs
A high-cut leg can look shorter on a tall body; a classic cut may balance better. Check the rise and the leg opening. If the leg opening sits too high, the piece will feel like it is riding up. A bodysuit with adjustable straps can help, but the base still has to be long enough.

The sleeves
Long sleeves are often cut for an average arm. Check the sleeve length and the cuff position. A sleeve that stops above the wrist will look cropped, which may be fine if that is the design. If you want a full-length sleeve, check the product measurements or choose a sleeveless style. A robe with a longer sleeve is easier.

The hem
A slip or dress that is short on the model will be shorter on you. Check the length from the shoulder or waist, not only the photo. If you want a midi or maxi look, choose a style with a longer hem or size up. A short slip can still work as a layering piece, but it will not cover the same area.

The stockings
Thigh highs are sized by height and thigh measurement. A standard stocking may sit too low on a tall body. Check the height range and the thigh measurement, and look for a tall option. A garter belt can take up some length, but it cannot make a short stocking long enough. If the band sits at the upper thigh, the stocking is too short.
